At HT LUXURIOUS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, opened, or used will not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items bought on sale or discount

  • Products that have been used or opened

  • Custom or made-to-order items

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
